Questions
Do you take reservations?
Yes, we welcome reservations for both lunch and dinner and accept bookings through Resy. During lunch service, our counter seating is held for walk-in guests and cannot be reserved in advance.
How often does your dinner menu change?
Our dinner menu evolves every 4–6 weeks. We allow the menu to ebb and flow with the seasons, thoughtfully introducing new dishes over the course of several weeks rather than changing everything at once. The best way to stay up to date on new menu additions is by joining our mailing list.
Looking to make a dinner reservation for more than four people for dinner?
The largest reservation size we accept through Resy is for four people for dinner. If you are looking to reserve for a larger party please reach out to us directly at piccolina.avl@gmail.com.
Where are you located?
Our address is 375 Depot Street, Suite 101. We are inside the blue brick building that has AURA on the front of it. As soon as you walk in the front door, we are on your right.
What is your cancellation policy for a reservation?
We understand that plans can change. To help us best serve all of our guests, we ask that reservations be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. As a 20-seat restaurant, late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of $10 per person for lunch and $25 per person for dinner.
Can you accomadate dietary restrictions/ allergies for dinner service?
We are happy to accommodate many dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice. Because our menus are thoughtfully prepared and change frequently, we ask that all dietary needs be noted at the time of reservation. While we do our best to accommodate, we may be limited in cases of severe allergies.
Do you offer gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options for lunch?
Yes. We offer gluten-free and vegetarian options during lunch service. Vegan options may be available depending on the menu, and we recommend noting any dietary needs when ordering so we can best accommodate.
Do you offer buyouts or private dining options for large groups?
Yes, we offer restaurant buyouts and private dining for large groups with advance notice. Please reach out to us via email so we can review availability and tailor the experience to your event.
